There have been reports in the urology literature of successful treatment of premature ejaculation through the use of low dose antidepressants including Anafronil, Prozac, and Zoloft.

Answer

Medications such as what I listed above have been proven to delay ejaculation. It's actually a side effect, but has been taken for this issue in men vs being taken as an anti-depressant. The serotonin reuptake inhibitors is able to slow down the ejaculation process.

Some men find that using the desensitizing cream works well too. So you may want to try that, which you can get at your local drug store.
