Ok. So none of the dome lights work. We're not talking about just one light position, we're talking about several that do not work? Sorry for the confusion, I just want to make sure that I have a clear understanding of the situation. Thanks!

that's right, when you open the doors or turn the switch, nothing comes on,and the bulbs are good

Ok. Have you ensured that the dome light switch is not switched to the off position?

Ok. And have you checked ALL of the fuses including the fuse box under the hood?

372 days and 11 hours ago.

Reply

yes. under the hood is a bank of relays and a few fuses. i can tell if a fuse is bad, but not if a relay is bad. my guess is that some kind of delay relay switch, which keeps the lights on for a few seconds after you leave the car, is bad. thanks

Info Request

Ok. You could be right about the relay, although It would certainly not be my first thought. Just for safe measure, how did you check the fuses? Please specify

first a visual check, then a continuity test
