Answer

Manny,

Check the deactivation switch mounted on the front of the master cylinder. Remove the plug and look for water or brake fluid inside. I have replaced many of these that have shorted from leakage. There are also a few fuses to the CC circuit. I will get them up in a minute.

Answer

Check fuses #5 and #10 in the fuse panel under the dash. They should both be 15amp fuses. Check 15 amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood.

The master cylinder is under the hood mounted to the firewall on the drivers side. It is the item that is filled with brake fluid.

It will look like the following.

You master may or may not have the switch. If it does it will be mounted sticking straight up off of the front of the master cylinder and will have an electrical plug. If you do not have a switch on the master, get back to me so we can check further into this.

I still need your response about the location of the fuse for cruise control, i do not have it in the master cylinder. I did not click accept yet for this inquiry.

Here are the fuse locations for you van. Fuses 1 and 6 are for speed control. Check these and get back to me if one is blown or not and which one. These are in the under dash fusepanel.
