Hello,
Can you please tell me what type of motion you are trying to file?
Thank you!
Oh okay, what you need to do is file an Answer to the Complaint. A foreclosure action is very serious and without looking at all the legal documents, and advice I would be giving you would just be educated guesses. You really need an attorney to look over everything as he may be able to get this action dismissed. The attorney will also answer the complaint line by line and assert any affirmative defenses as necessary. Whatever you do, make sure that that Complaint IS answered within the specified time frame or the judge will enter an automatic default against you and you will loose your case. You can see the PA Bar Association for a good referral: http://www.pabar.org/public/Membership/lrsblurb.asp I know this is a difficult thing to go through. You do have options and I would encourage you to explore them with an attorney who can look over all your information.
If I have been helpful, please click Accept for my time and research. If you need more help, please click reply. Positive Feedback is greatly appreciated and reciprocated. Feedback should relate to customer service and not about the law, which I have no control over, thank you.

I understand, these times are very tough and most of us are all being affected one way or another. I am not sure what ACORN is but I am assuming it is some sort of legal aid office in your area? You may qualify for legal aid, which would mean free or very reduced legal help with this issue. Here is the info for a legal aid office in your area:
Neighborhood Legal Services Assoc.
XXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXX
Aliquippa, PA 15001
(XXX) XXX-XXXX
You may also be able to get some help from the Beaver County clerk's office at the courthouse if they have a self-help center there that has lawyers available for a very reduced fee. That info is:
Beaver County CourthouseXXX XXXXX XXXXXX
Beaver, PA 15009
XXX-XXX-XXXX
I would advise you to work with an attorney on this, but if you cannot afford one and cannot find one to hep you either pro bono or for a very reduced fee, you will still want to answer the Complaint as I said in my last post. You can find out more about PA foreclosure law here: http://www.foreclosure.com/statelaw_PA.html. And here: http://www.hud.gov/local/pa/homeownership/foreclosure.cfm. Also, here is an example Asnwer and some instructions, BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS FOR OHIO. PA law is different but you can see what the form looks like at least: http://74.125.45.104/search?q=cache:3tCw1ZmovcIJ:www.co.tuscarawas.oh.us/Treasurer/How%2520to%2520File%2520An%2520Answer%2520Packet%25202-4-08.pdf+answer+forclosure+complaint&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=3&gl=us
