I have a 2005 X5 3.0i, I have modified the exterior to look like a 4.8is. I have not played with my engine at all what can i do to enhance the speed, and also what other unique gizmos can i place inside my car. I bought my car from the dealer and i live in the Middle East, Doha, Qatar.

Already Tried:
As i said earlier I have changed my X5 3.0i to a 4.8i.s. I have put a front chrome gaurd use for protecting the underneath of the car. I have put mags from BMW dealer for 20 inches from an 18 inch. I have placed a front and rear camera. I have changed my steering wheel to a 2005 X5 4.8i.s. thats about it, oh yeah and i have changed my interior trim from wooden to carbon fiber, all these modification i have done from the dealer whom i bought the car from. I have maintained my entire history of the car with the dealer. I love my car and i will continue to do so.. so any adivice will be off great help. cheers

Hi Tom,There are two options the cheaper way is to replace the exhaust system and air filter unit for uprated ones,this will only give you small gains.
Or you can super charge or turbo charge the engine this will give you big power gains.
around the 300bhp.
Have you got sat nav fitted as standard.?
You can get radar detectors fitted.
I would look in magazines like performance BMW,BMW car magazine and total BMW magazine.These mags can show you some good gadgets..
