HEENT most frequently stands for "Head, Eyes, Ears, Nose, Throat" in a physical exam setting. The challenging issue with many abbreviations is that they can stand for different things in different settings. For example, cardiologists would say RA for Right Atrium, but a rheumatologist would interpret this as Rheumatoid Arthritis. Clubbing is a change in the nail bed of the fingers that causes the base of the nail (near the cuticle) to rise up above the level of the tip of the nail. It is often associated (for unknown reasons) with lung disease, such as COPD and emphysema. I've included a link below to an on line image of clubbed fingers:
