You need to work through this methodically - it could be a jammed window - If its been going p and down in the past very slowly or getting slower - it will either be that the window needs lubricating on the side seals -- or, the motor itself has failed....and will need renewing.

If its just stopped working suddenly - check the fuses first just to be sure - the window fuses will be identified in the lid of the fuse box - if thats blown, renew it -- If the fuse is ok - you would need to remove the door panel to then check to see , with a meter or a test bulb , if you are getting power to the motor itself...

If you do get power - then the motor is faulty -and that to be honest , (after the fuse ) is going to be the likely problem.

So, if you work through the above - you will get there ;)
