The cause of inability to ejaculate is called dry orgasm. It may be due to back flow of the semen into the bladder making it invisible & imperceptible. The other causes are surgery to remove the prostate , radiation effect to that area , or bladder operation. When he is not having any other problem , retrograde ejaculation into bladder is the possibility. He can consult an urologist for an examination.
