Optional Information

West Bloomfield , Michigan

Already Tried:
We went to court today and the judge ordered the status quo order to be maintained by the Plaintiff. Ignoring the judges order for a second time, he deposited less than what was ordered into the joint account to cover the bills.

Can I file and E-praecipe's and in the "motion" box write Contempt of court or Motion to compell?

Hello!

A praecipe is a writ commanding something to be done, or requiring a reason for neglecting it. A Motion for Contempt falls within this category. I am assuming this is a Motion in a child support case. If so, here is a Mich form you can use: http://courts.Michigan.gov/scao/courtforms/domesticrelations/support/foc2.pdf

Fill it out, submit it and you're done!
