1996 Bonnevilee Not Starting

1996 Pontiac Bonneville V6SSEI - Not Starting - All Lights Come On - For A While It Would Not Start And Then Maybe 5-10 Minutes Later It Would - Now It Hasn't Started In A Week. Battery Is New. Only Owned Car Few Months So I Don't Know Any History.

What is it doing or not doing? Is it acting like it has a dead battery? Do the dash light dimwhen trying to start?
