Answer

Greetings:

If you have the receipt for the new box spring, you may wish to contact the store where you purchased same and advise them or contact the manufacturer...perhaps it is under a warranty..If not, you may wish to contact the attorney general's office in your state that offers assistance to consumers. If nothing can be done, otherwise, you will need to purchase a new box spring.

Or, perhaps it's not the box spring after all and you are suffering from a physicial condition, as this may be from nerve endings causing the sensation. Try sleeping on just the mattress, or even on the floor and see if you still get the sensations - if still present, I would suggest you seek the care of a physician for proper diagnosis.

I hope this helps.

My best to you.

Bright Blessings.
