Answer
The alarm does not have anything to do with the "immobilizer" system. They are separate systems and not connected. I would recommend checking your battery. Thanks, and please Accept if I have helped. Jacob.

Answer
Sometimes your key can get out of alignment with your immobilizer, or EWS. This has to be re-aligned at the dealer. If you have another key try it. Also try moving the shifter into gear and back to park.

Sorry, boys on the net. No I meant that if you had an automatic transmission. Did you try another key? And turn the headlights on to see how bright they are. -Just to double check the battery.
