Question

hey, well last week i bought a 00 z22 cavalier, the first night i had it, it started making an awful screeching noise so i shut it off and wouldnt start so me and my buddy jumped it since its standard, well i cehcked the starter and it was bad so i replaced it, it worked fine for this whole week never had one problem untill last night when i was driving it made the same screeching noise so i shut the car off and it started fine, so i begun to drive again then all my lights guages and radio in my dash cut out and my car kept wanting to dieing, i shut my lights off and the car ran fine, just had no lights in my dash, i turned them on again and it seemed to try to quit again, and my guages and lights started to flicker, i got the car home in my yard and my starter is gone again, starters arent cheap to replace every week please help
