Yes, they are interchangable. These are both large journal crankshafts and assuming neither has been machined they should use the same size bearings. However, you'll need to have a machine shop check them out.
Mains are 2.45" and rod journals are 2.10". These sizes could be reduced due to the cranks previously being machined.
