The arrest itself can trigger a violation of probation. It does not necessarily mean that the judge will finid you in violation, however. More than likely, if that is the only "violation" that you have, you will appear before the judge and because you were found not guilty, the judge will probably dismiss the violation. I can't guarantee that the prosecutors won't try to violate you based on some of the information from the arrest, but generally when there is an acquittal, a judge won't find a violation during the hearing.
