Hi ithiens,
Are you also servicing the rotors or just changing the pads?
Thanks,
Vinny
Is this 2WD or 4WD EX, or LX?
Ok let me see if I can get you a picture. Give me a few minutes.
1) Take the lower bolt out that holds the caliper to the caliper bracket
2) Pivot the caliper up
3) Take the two caliper bracket bolts off that hold it to the spindle in the back
4) Remove the caliper bracket and put it to the side
5) Remove the two small screws in the front of the rotor
6) Take the old rotor off and put the new rotor on
7) Bolt the caliper bracket back on
8 Remove the brake pads
9) Loosen the cap on the master cylinder and compress the piston on the caliper
10) Install the new pads and bolt the caliper back up
11) Once you get both sides done, tighten the cap on the master and pump the brakes
The rear brakes are very similar except you have to have a special tool to wind the piston into the caliper as you compress it.
Please ACCEPT if this helped you. Thanks very much and have a blessed day!
