Question

I have a 2006 cadillac sts v with 12k miles the car drives fine until you get on the throttle then the car does not know how to shift. its been to several cadillac dealerships and the claim the car can't be fixed. I have no idea what to do. Cadillac is sticking me with the car anyone know how to fix this?? From what im reading im not the first person with this problem!
