We moved into a house in april 2008, it had mold in the kitchen at that time, with in a couple of months are family experianced, dizzness, allergys head ache, snizzing dark lines uder are eyes. I understand that insurance companys are avoiding cost and expenes. We had to relocate at my own expense's due to the health problem. I had a mold inspection done , three types of mold were found cladaspourim, and phoma, and the third was unknown. What is the best way to re coup my expenes that it cost me time off from work and moving. There is a lot more, just thought maybe we could get some advise. nothing, were just slowy getting over all the systems . three of us have been to doctors, just wanted to know what can i do in small claims court. Can i sue her per family menber there are five of us . Five claims ?????. JIm 805 479 -8379 XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX

Answer

Yes you each have a separate cause of action and can sue separately for damages that you each recieved. It would be easier and less time consuming to sue as a group/family in district court.
