Accepted Answer

As an at will employee they can terminate you at any time and there is no statute stating how long then need to wait when you are released to fire you. Of course, the closer to your return the better argument you have to file a complaint of retaliation for using your workers comp rights and you would have to file this complaint with the state commission on human/civil rights and/or the EEOC.
