Hello,

The birds won't begin setting on the eggs until they have a clutch. A clutch can be anywhere from 2 eggs to 9 eggs, with 4 or 5 being most common. The bird will usually lay one egg every other day. When the clutch is completed, she'll begin setting on the eggs. The eggs usually begin hatchin 18 to 22 days later. You can read more about cockatiel breeding here:
