Pitbulls are especially susceptible to Parvo infections, one of the diseases that they vaccinate against. I would advise that you schedule a visit to the vet for both of them and get them caught up on their vaccinations. They have not had a rabies vaccination, and by law, that is required in every state.
In the meantime, minimize the exposure to other dogs as much as possible.
