I was just terminated by my company, I am 58 years and the only male african with an excellent work record. Does the company have to provide me with a list of those terminated over 50 years? Ray Jordan.

Answer

It does not but if you begin a claim with the EEOC for race/age based discrimination, the EEOC would be interested in such information and if it directs a private lawsuit, you can obtain such information during discovery.
