Question

I thought my bank was closing my account and it was not. A bunch of unknown transactions went through causing a serious overdraft. I thought all my transactions were through but did not know the bank had asked for too much money to transfer over to the new account. Is there anything I can do, a letter I can write to get these overdrafts taken off and get the account closed?
