Not an Employment Law Question?
Question
I recently resigned from my job in NV. I originally worked in CA, transferred 5 months ago to NV, and just resigned last week. The bosses claimed NV law states they don't have to pay accrued vacation time. The labor commissioner board told me that there is NOT a law that prohibits accrued vacation pay.
So is there a law that DOES require accrued vacation time to be paid out?
