i stripped out the locking lug on my tire and i have tried to pound on smaller sockets to get it to grip but its not working please help

Hello and Welcome to JustAnswer.com! There is a tool made for getting locking lug nuts off. It looks like a socket but has screw threads on the inside. This willl remove the lugnut. You can usually obtain one of these at an autoparts store. If they do not have one, you may have to put down a deposit and borrow one from a local repair facility.
