Hello and thanks for your question, XXXXXXXXXXX. First, we need to make sure we have actually checked for spark at one of the spark plug wires with a spark tester. If we've done this and verified no spark we then need to check for injector pulse at one of the injectors. We do this by disconnecting an injector and connect a "Noid Lite" to the connector and then crank the engine over and see if the light flashes indicating the computer is running the fuel injectors. If we have injector pulse but no spark we can then concentrate on the ignition system. If we don't have injector pulse then we will need to determine why the computer is not firing the injectors. One quick check is to check for battery voltage (with a test light or volt meter) at the coil positive terminal with the key on. If no power there then start checking fuses. The "EEC power relay" is also a possibility if all fuses are okay. This relay is on the fire wall on the driver's side. There will be 2 together. The one with the green and black body is the fuel pump relay and the other one will be the EEC power relay. This relay supplies power to the ignition system and the computer. They are a common failure and are known for coming and going as the contacts inside don't always make the connection when they get old. Let me know if this helps or not. I can talk you through some more tests if need be. Thanks!
