Optional Information

1997 Chevrolet Tahoe

Already Tried:
I have tried to set the 4x4 but not sure when its set. There are 3 buttons and they all have blinking lights.

Answer

The lights will stay lit when the vehicle is in the desired transfer case setting. Normal 2wd to 4wd high shifts can be made while driving. No need to stop or anything of that nature. The 4wd low setting is different though. This would require you to stop and put the transmission in neutral and then make the shift. If you are trying to shift to 4wd high and the lights are simply blinking, then there is a problem. Feel free to contact me with any questions! Good luck!
