Answer

Hello XXXXXX!

The best thing to do at this point is to either numb the piercing site with ice and try to push through the back of the ear lobe to re-open it. If you still can't get it through she can switch to a smaller post on the earrings. Be sure to disinfect the piercing site as well as the earrings before putting them back in.

How long will we need to leave ice on it for numbing?

Accepted Answer

About a minute or so should be sufficient.
