Question

I now own an 85 chevy silverado the power windows no longer work and are stuck in the down position how can i manually roll them up?

Hi XXXXXXXXX,

 

There is no way to manually roll them up because the regulator is geared to the motor and it won't move. You could try removing the door panel and jump the window motor to see if you could get it to go up. You could also remove the motor, slide the window up and reinstall the motor. Or you could remove the motor and put a piece of wood in the door to hold the window up. That's about it.
