Greetings.

 

Larynx is the tube (part of the respiratory pathway) which leads towards our lungs. Adams apple is part of the larynx which we see in our neck. If that goes in the spasm (because it is a muscular structure mainly and if these muscles remain contracted, that is called spasm), it is called as laryngospasm. Read about it;
