My brother had a squint when he was younger and had it operated on now that he is older when we take a photo it shows a bright light in his right eye. Is it anything serious are is it scar tissue?

Most likely its just the reflexion of the flash of the camara and the position he is standing in causes the reflexion. Nothing at all to worry about. He's probably looking directly into the camara is all.

I dont know if I agree every photo in the last 6 months has the same light in his right eye. Why has none of the the other people got the same thing.
