Here are the instructions for removing the trim panels from the door.
DOOR TRIM REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

Fig. 4: Disengaging the window regulator handle retaining spring clip
Fig. 5: Removing the window regulator handle and retaining spring clip
Fig. 6: Removing the door handle bezel-to-door screws
Fig. 7: Removing the door handle bezel
Fig. 8: Carefully pry off the armrest screw cover
Fig. 9: Carefully disconnect the trim panel retaining clips
Fig. 10: Carefully lift up and disconnect the trim panel from the upper door frame
The following procedure requires the use of the Trim Pad Removal tool, J-38778 or equivalent, and the Window Regulator Clip Removal tool No. J-9886-01 or equivalent.
Here are the instructions for the Mirror
See Figure 1
A damaged mirror glass face may be replaced by placing a large piece or multiple strips of tape over the glass then breaking the mirror face. Adhesive back mirror faces should be available for most applications.
