Is it wrongful termination while on disability, I went out on disability due to stress, harassment and discrimination on August 4, 2008 and received a letter of termination left on my door at home.

If the termination was "because of" your disability, or in retaliation for complaining about discrimination, then you have a claim against your employer. The Americans With Disabilities Act and Title VII make it illegal for an employer to terminate an employer because the employee isexcercising hisrights under the law.
