I would suspect that you have a condition known as Peyronie's disease. This condition is caused by fibrosis (scar tissue) that can cause pain, curvature and pain in the penis - mostly during erections.

There are a number of treatments that may be helpful. I would suggest making an appointment with a urologist to have this problem evaluated.
