Question

I recently received a call from a collection agency in regards to a 300 pay day loan i do not recall, the agency has all of my ban information, but the funds were never deposited into my account, this i have verified with my bank and their is not transcation on my bank statement for the date of 4/23/08 when the deposit, the rep name Josh whom i have spoken to was very rude and scarcastic. When i asked to speak to a supervisor he infomed me he was the supervisor come to find out later and several calls later he stated he would need to speak to his supervisor due to me asking for information as to who the bank was and the phone number so i could get in touch with the company myself. Could u pls give me some advie on this situation?
