I can't thank you enough for your help. On the request for judicial intervention when I check the notice of motion box it ask for a return date and relief sought. Would the relief sought be my $1,000.000.00 and what should the return date be?

The relief sought is "monetary damages of 1 million". The return date you would typically obtain from the Clerk. It is the date that the action will be heard.
