I am attempting to get a reduction and expungement for a felony that I commtted 19 years ago. the crime was for HS 11351. I am told the this is not reducable. I am wondering if this has ever been reduced here in california....... There has to be a case where someone was succesful....

I have not found any case where 11351 has been reduced. I find no authority to reduce it either. Your best bet would be to see if you can make a straight expungement of the conviction instead of a reduction.
