Not an Employment Law Question?
Question
i have been working for a company just under 8 years and have been working from home for over 2 and 1/2 years. ALL homeworkers had to sign a form to have $2.00 an hour deducted from our pay due to working from home. just recently the company decided to give the $2.00 an hour back to all homeworkers. BUT, i also found out that not all homeworkers ever had their pay cut by $2.00 an hour. so, my question is should the company be responsible in giving me the pay back for the 2 and 1/2 years i had the $2.00 an hour deducted from my paycheck. under the labor board law should this pay be retro-active.
