Answer

Hello XXXXXX,

A WPS file is a Microsoft works file, in order to open the file you need either a converter, which will allow you to change the file from a Works one to a Word one, or indeed Microsoft Works.

If you have Microsoft word the converter is available for download from the folowing link:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=32e7205a-3880-4416-9260-57a96c8a9a76&displaylang=en

If you require any further information I would be glad to help you.

Kind regards

Steve
