Question
Both of my parents have passed on in the past two years-my father passed away two years ago, and my mother last November. During the last few months of my mother's life, a close friend of hers was named as the trustee in charge of their funds. This person is in charge of my parents' finances, and was supposed to be providing me and my sister's mortgage payments, utility bills and so on, using the funds left to us in her charge, in order to survive financially. I have recently discovered that not only has she not been making these payments as stated in my parents' wills, but has frozen the accounts that are entitled to us, and I have now discovered that she may also be using my deceased mother's identity to illegally gain full access to these funds for her own personal uses. As a result, I now owe $1800 to PG&E which I cannot afford, as I am an at-home mother to a 3 year old son. I would like legal advice to pursue this as well as a solution in order to have energy services restored
