Do not give him aleve it is toxic to dogs as is tylenol and ibuprophen. Dogs are not humans and you cannot give human meds without checking to make sure that they are safe.
It sounds to me like he may have been clipped in the face with a car bumper or had some other blow to the face area.
I'd plan on seeing your vet with him as soon as you can.
Be sure to tell the vet that you used the Aleve before any other meds are given.
Hope this helps you!

You can use a cool compress to reduce swelling and pain.
If the teeth are moved he likely has a crush injury from another dog biting him and may have a broken jaw to go with the tooth movement.
You can apply neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment to any scrapes after cleaning them with sterile saline, betadine, or soapy water if that is what you have on hand. Rinse well if you use the soap.
He is going to need vet care particularly if he can't eat but you can try some baby food chicken or beef or NutriCal a sticky supplement carried by many pet supply stores and a feed store might have it too.
He may have picked up ear mites or the discharge in the ears could be blood from being crushed by another dog's jaw.

Cold compress is the best bet for safety of not poisoning the dog.
He will likely lose the teeth if the roots are damaged. Sometimes they can be reseated and hold but often they cannot as the nerves are damaged.
