i have a 1999s10 on my control assembly the heat will not blow if i turn it on to 4

Hello XXXXXX,

First check the instrument panel fuse block for HVAC FUSE(20 amp).

Next check the HVAC fuse in the underhood electrical center(30 amp).

If fuses are good,with a/c on & blower switch in high position,check the orange wire from the control head to the blower relay,it should have 12 volts.If not,repair open in circuit,make sure there is 12 volts comming out the control head.If not ,replace the control head.
