Each time I need the toilet it hasn't been properly, its been like diahrea, just a momet ago i got really bad cramp pains in my lowet stomach i felt like i was going to faint and it took ages for me to go to the toilet, when i did it was like water. What is wrong with me?? :-(

Diarrhea can be due to many things including bacterial infections, viral infections, food intolerances, parasites, reactions to medications, intestinal diseases, and functional bowel disorders. Make sure you drink at least six 8 ounce glasses of fluid per day. You can drink fruit juice wityhout the pulp, broth or decaffenated soda. Chicken broth without the fat, tea with honey, and sports drinks are also helpful. You need to drink small amounts at a time, but frequently. If however it lasts for more than 3 days, if you have severe pain in your abdomen or rectum, a fever of 102 or higher, blood in your stool or black, tarry stools, or signs of dehydration you should see a doctor immediately.

It has been more than 3days its been over a few weeks, i am at university at the moment moved here a week ago so i am not signed up to a doctor yet so i dont know what to do?

The school should have a clinic, otherwise I would go to a walk in urgent care center in your area.
