Unfortunately the best meds for cats usually come from the vet as prescriptions and the over the counter ones are not really safe to use in cats.
If this is a joint or arthritis problem you could look into using glucosamine chondroitin.
If this is for an injury or wound you can try cold compresses to reduce inflammation.
