I have a 2995 mini cooper S convertible. left the radio on while working and the battery got low. Now the rear windows and the top will not go up. I have completed the window re-initialization that is in the owners manual and have not been able to locate a blown fuse.

So you reinitialized the windows...why were you looking for a blown fuse. We need more info on this because the question is not fulley explained.

Do the windows now work....or are they the same? does the top go up?

I followed the re-initialization procedure and nothing happened. It is like neither the rear windows or top has any power. Front windows work fine.

Answer

Hmm im going to look into this. Usually if you allow the vehicle to sit after a recharge then you should be able to reinitialize just fine. There may be codes stored preventing the cars initialization. Thats all i can think of right now.
