Hello Edward,
Well here are the details Samsung side by side refigerator model # RS21DCNS. It all started when the frige temp would not control and i suspected the fan had stopped, I dismanteled the plastic interior to reveal the fan and heat exchanger which was well frozen up, I powered off the system and allowed this all to defrost, i checked for volts at the socket for the fan but could not detect any power,suspecting the fan would be low power I tentatively applied power to it fron the car battery and low and behold it worked like a champ so I plugged it back in closed the door on the frige and waited 20 mins when I opened the door again I saw the fan start to slow down well I rebuilt the interior and all seemed to work fine for a while then it all started again only this time the frige temp indication will not stop blinking I cannot find any info as to why this should be blinking I just don't know what I can check next so advice suggestions from you could help. Well I have provided you with the details and what I have done what I have discovered what do you think.
