Thanks for your question. Georgia has limited rights to annulment. Unless you can prove some type of fraud then you would have to file for a regular divorce here. You would need to file your petition for divorce. You should do this before he leaves if possible here and have him served. you have my sympathy in this matter.

The only grounds for annulment here besides fraud are inapplicable in your situation. I think that you will end up filing a regular divorce here.
