How legally can i use a company's trade mark logo on my website and media kits

Already Tried:
please bare in mind our media kits will be sent on a national level what i did already use a logo that that company called me about ,i will take down their company trade mark however what i'm i liable for now and is there a disclaimer that i can use to be able to use trade mark logo's and if not their logos can i use just text for example instead of using the Dunkin Donuts logo can i just write in plani text dunkin donuts
i havent spoke with any lawyer yet your service is my first

it is another comapny's logo as well as i would like to use a list of others i am in advertising and i want to show to companies the type of advertiser we hope to be getting as possible clients

Answer

I would not recommend that you do that without permission. Any unathorized use of a trademark can get you in trouble for an intellectual property infrigement lawsuit. I wish I could show you a way around this, but there really is none. You can always seek permission, but that can be a time-consuming process.
