Question

In 1989 I had silicone breast augmentation due to a large scar on my right breast. I have been afraid since the silicone scare of 1990. Do I have any recourse to have these removed and my breasts fixed? I am told that I may be able to have the surgery without cost due to the silicone implants.

Optional Information

Salem, Oregon

Already Tried:
I asked my Plastic Surgeon in 1990 and he told me it was just a scare and there was no validity to it. He has moved since that time and I have not been successful in locating him.

Accepted Answer

Lieff, Cabraser, LLP is the law firm that represents the lead plaintiff in the Dow class-action lawsuit. All questions concerning your right to relief for defective silicone breast implants should be directed to that firm: http://www.lieffcabraser.com/sil.htm
