Usually, after connecting Positive Cable then Negative Cable, Unlocking Door with Remoe or Key should DisArm Alarm.
Otherwise try:

 

Be sure Battery is fully charged.
Positive Cable disconnected.
Open Driver Door & LEAVE Open.
Turn Ignition Switch to On (run position)
Reconnect Positive Battery Cable
Horn may sound for a few seconds
Start vehicle
